It's Christmas in New York

Back in the 'burgh for Thanksgiving and working on computers. Since I bought a new nerdbox I shipped my old one to my dad. Then we went out and bought a new screen for him. The result is what you would expect from me: total nerddom.

Grandma's Iced Tea

Thanksgiving dinner is about to start and Grandma showed up with her Iced Tea. This tea has been famous for a long time in the circle of Maloy family and friends, but now she's branched out to making not just the original blend, but decaf for Charlie and Splenda version for Dad. The result: three jugs of Grandma's Iced Tea.

St. Bart's

The ivy on the wall at St. Bart's on Park Ave. What can I say, the light was incredible today. I wish I had my good camera out.

Rockefeller Center

Beautiful sunny Saturday morning with Lai Ming. We wandered into Rock Center looking for this new Japanese store Uniqlo. We haven't yet found the store but the sunlight is amazing today.

The New Nerdbox

Aw yeah, the new nerdinator has arrived. Did I neeeed a new computer? Not entirely. But did I want one? Oh yeah.

I custom configured and bought from Puget Systems, which I highly recommend. The configurator tool rivals those of Dell and Gateway. And the customer service was fantastic. If you are in the market for a new custom-built computer they are the only way to go.
