Joe came up from Nashville and wanted to see Yankee Stadium before they tear it down. He bought us great seats right along the left field wall. Good times hanging out with him

Cleaning crews at 53rd & Lex

picked up a Jamba this morning and saw this. Crews cleaning the glass over the subway entrance at 53rd & Lex.

Music on the street

Walking around visiting clients today and a music school on 26th moved their practice session out to the street. Great to take a moment to enjoy some music in the sun. Then back to the streets and back to work.

Union Square Farmer's Market

A little green in an otherwise gray-concrete city is always nice. Walking through on my way to visit clients today. I stopped back to bring fresh strawberries back to the midtown office.
