Ted's Cottage

Was out at Ted's cottage this weekend with he and Paul. Great relaxing weekend despite the cold front and temperatures never getting above 75 degrees. I just enjoyed being out of the city for the weekend, relaxing, and really doing nothing at all. This is the view from his dock.

Getting LASEK--(Lasers in my eyes!)

Today I went for a LASEK consultation. The doctor of choice is Dr. Emil Chynn of Park Avenue Laser. For you New Yorkers, here's an easy way to remember his website: iwant2020.com. He was referred to me by a client; she couldn't say enough good things about him. The appointment went swimmingly and I'm getting lasered on Friday 8/24. He runs a tight ship in that office and has precise and exacting directions for LASEK candidates. Anyway, I can't wait. I'll be wearing my glasses for the next two weeks, and then i'll throw them away for good!
