Blown out Mobo

I blew out my motherboard, or "mobo" as the cool kids on the forums call it. After much research online to be 99% sure it was the mobo I went down the street to Datavision, bought a new one, and began some serious hardware work. I have to confess that I had a blast. I had not done this much hardware work in a long time and it was great taking everything apart, installing a new board, and putting it all back together.

It was about four hours before I was completely finished. It's been a bit buggy so at some point I'm going to have to do a complete hard drive wipe and start from scratch.

Flower District

It was a perfect morning to walk around the flower district. Enjoy some shots...

This is becoming tradition now it seems--first nice day of the year and I head out to Bryant Park to snap a few shots and enjoy some sunshine. The park was packed today, the sun was out, and the weather was just perfect.
